Our new smoked shoulder bacon, also known as "Buckboard" bacon, is a perfect mix of the flavors and textures of regular bacon and ham. It is cut from the shoulder of the hog.
Sliced very thin, it fries up nice and crisp with very little fat.
Excellent as a breakfast protein with eggs and toast, and for BLT's and other sandwiches.
Sold in approximately 1 lb packages.
