Bacon ends are the little scraps leftover at the end after the belly slab has been sliced. They fry up wonderfully and can be used as a topping for pizza, salads, soups, beans or simply right alongside your eggs in the morning.
Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
