Our Sliced Pork Belly is basically unseasoned and unsmoked bacon. Fry it up just as you would bacon but add some salt and any other seasonings you desire.
You can even add a little maple syrup at the end of frying to give it a delicious maple glaze!
Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
