Our pork belly roasts are uncured and unsmoked. Use in all your favorite pork belly recipes or home-cure your own bacon!

Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
