Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
Our Spare Ribs are ready to be slow smoked on a BBQ or thrown in a crock pot then flash grilled or broiled for that perfect crisp on the outside and fall-off-the-bone tender meat on the inside. Spare Ribs tend to yield more meat than Baby Backs and are cut from the lower rib cage.
